Recently moved down from Vic to Tassie, went in for my laptop charger, spoke to Jordan who is very knowledgeable and helpful. The experience was smooth and easy! Good honest folks looking after their customers, defs recommend!

I have been using this store in and off for some time. On this occasion wanted some security system components. The layout of the store is well set up with like with like organisation. Even so I simply went to a staff member and gave him the part numbers and he quickly located the items. The best part was the advice that I was given in my job that has saved me a lot of time and money. The products on sale range from very average quality thought to higher end equipment. The staff give advice based on the needs that you have. A very friendly crew located on Main Road with good parking at the rear of the building.

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN HOBART!!!! I was served by Jordan two days ago. His level of customer service was unbelievable. Not only was he knowledgeable about the product, he patiently explained all the features of the transmitter I bought and set it up in my car! I cannot recommend him, the staff and their products highly enough! ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

Fantastic customer service and product recommendations from all team members! Phoned with an enquiry about connecting an old Super Nintendo and received excellent phone service. Came into the store and multiple team members went above and beyond to assist me in getting my console up and running again. All products recommended and advice given on connecting to my smart tv were spot on. Wonderful experience, thank you!

Fantastic shop if you are a electronic lover has so many parts and kits available for just about all you could want to build was said to the biggest out let a few years ago . This store carry’s a big product range in comparison to a few other of there stores I have been to especially electronic components. There staff are helpful and can have a good sense of humour and know there products well. The prices at jaycar I find are very competitive for the quality of product you get .

I came in to Jaycar to look at security cameras and Dylan was very helpful and explained everything in a clear and concise manner ... I was keen to go ahead but my master (read wife) has decided against installing cameras for the moment ..... as they say happy wife ....... 🙏 …

Customer service, knowledge and product offering … 5 Star… Whilst Thomas was serving me… i counted 6 other people and service staff he assisted in about 5 minutes …. without! …delaying or inconveniencing what he was doing for me… Now that’s Brilliant and Clever Service!… oh!.. and he did it without missing a beat!… Impressed!
